Questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing portal — you keep Pro access until the end of the current month, then drop to the Free tier.
- What counts as an "active" account?
- Any prop-firm account whose status is currently active. Accounts marked blown, passed, closed, or archived don't count against the Free-tier limit, so a completed eval can be archived and a new connection added without upgrading.
- Do you place trades or move money?
- No. PropStax is read-only. We pull balances, drawdown, and order history from your broker — we never place orders or modify your accounts.
- What about annual pricing?
- Monthly only for now. If we add an annual option we'll roll it in without changing the monthly price.
