Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your account pauses. Everything you tracked stays readable.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan and billing you chose, and the plan continues. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged; your account pauses instead: everything you tracked stays readable, and nothing syncs until you choose Basic or Pro. You can switch plans during the trial; the remaining days carry over when more than three remain.
Is there a limit on firms or accounts?
No. Both plans track every prop firm and every account you run. Pro adds your personal (real-money) brokerage accounts, through Tradovate today, and the journal on individual trades and positions, with pictures on the entries.
What file format does the importer take?
The account importer takes .xlsx only. Download the template from the import wizard, fill it in, and upload it back.
Do you place trades or move money?
No. PropStax is read-only. It pulls balances, drawdown and order history from your broker. It never places orders or modifies your accounts.
What about annual pricing?
Both plans are monthly. Pro is also sold quarterly at $36, 25 percent off. There is no annual plan.
