Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro. Cancel before the 30 days end, from Settings → Billing, and nothing is charged. A canceled account pauses: everything you tracked stays readable, and nothing syncs until you choose Basic or Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in the app. You keep your plan through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account pauses. Everything you tracked stays readable either way.

What if my prop firm isn't listed?

Ask. If the firm runs on a platform PropStax can read, I'll add it, and your accounts there start tracking on the next sync. Until then a spreadsheet upload brings in its accounts, costs and payouts.

Do you sell my data or use it to train models?

No to both. Your data is scoped to your account, it isn't sold, and it isn't used to train any model. Exporting it is one button in Settings, and so is deleting your account.

Can I ask Claude or ChatGPT about my accounts?

Yes, on Pro, the free trial included. Copy the address from Settings → AI apps into your AI app, approve what it can read, and ask in your own words. It can only read: it can't trade, change anything or see your broker logins.
